图书馆联盟生态位及其治理机制——社会网络的视角

摘　　要：从社会网络理论角度来看,图书馆联盟成员是在多元混合动机的基础上进行互动的。基于社会网络理论、图书馆联盟理论和生态位理论的契合点,文章提出了图书馆联盟生态位的概念,指出图书馆联盟是由宏观生态系统、中观生态位和微观生态核组成的复合生态系统,并对其进行了分析。在图书馆联盟生态位发展的3个阶段中,技术生态位阶段要建立政府和联盟共同主导的治理机制,市场生态位阶段需要建立市场保护和防控风险的治理机制,而范式生态位阶段需要建立以用户需求为导向的治理机制,并在自组织治理机制的作用下保持多种治理机制的动态平衡。On the framework of social network theory, the interactive actors of library consortia have a mixed multi- motivation. From a social network theory ,we propose the concept of ecological niche of library consortia and discuss that the library consortia niche is complex ecosystem based on macro, meso and micro angles. The developments of library consortia niche have three main stages： technology niche stage, market niche stage and paradigm niche stage. Their corresponding main governance mechanism is government guidance and library consortia leading, market protection and monitoring risk, user oriented and self--organization, and maintain the dynamic balance of various governance mechanisms.
