摘 要:以山核桃壳为原料,经磷酸浸渍、炭化和活化后制得活性炭,用SEM和低温氮气吸附仪对活性炭进行表征,并用该活性炭对模拟气化试验产生的煤气洗涤水进行吸附净化,考察活性炭对煤气洗涤水中挥发酚、TOC、COD、氨氮和微量元素的净化效果。实验结果表明:用山核桃壳制备的活性炭具有介孔结构,其孔径主要分布在1~6nm范围内,比表面积达2959m^2/g,孔容积为2.223cm^3/g;该活性炭对挥发酚具有良好的吸附效果,经45h处理对挥发酚的去除率可达99.75%,TOC和COD的去除率分别到达88.33%和65.73%;对氨氮和微量元素也有很好的净化效果,经15h吸附后氨氮的去除率可达80.71%,微量元素的去除率均达99%以上。Activated carbon with pecan shell as raw material,after phosphate impregnation,carbonization and activation,can be produced. The surface morphology and pore size distribution of the activated carbons were characterized by SEM and nitrogen adsorption measurement.Furthermore,gas washing water from model test of underground coal gasification was purified by pecan shell activated carbon. The removal effects of volatile phenol,TOC、COD、ammonia and some elements were investigated. Results showed that the specific surface area and total pore volume of prepared activated carbon can be 2959m^2/g and 2.223cm^3/g. It incorporate both micro-pore and meso-pore with pore size range of 1—6nm. The removal rates of volatile phenol,TOC and COD values by pecan shell activated carbon after 45 h can be 99.75%,88.33% and 65.73%,respectively. The removal rates of ammonia and trace elements after adsorption for 15 h reaches 80.71% and higher than 99%.
