摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜诊治子宫内膜异位症及不孕症的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2012年3月~2015年3月本院收治的200例子宫内膜异位症及不孕症的临床资料。本组患者的诊断和治疗均在腹腔镜下进行,包括盆腔腹膜内异病灶电灼术、子宫内膜异位囊肿剥除术、输卵管整形手术、盆腔粘连分解术、腹腔镜美蓝通液术等。术后用Gn RH-a进行为期4个月的治疗,Gnr RH-a治疗结束后进行随访,访查患者术后妊娠情况。结果经腹腔镜诊断与治疗,本组患者的1年内的妊娠率显著高于1~2年内的妊娠率。结论在子宫内膜异位症与不孕症方面,腹腔镜诊断和治疗效果显著,安全可靠,值得广泛推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic treatment of endometriosis and infertility.Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 200 cases of endometriosis and infertility treated in our hospital from March 2012 to March,. The diagnosis and treatment of this group of patients were under laparoscopy, including operation, tubal reconstructive surgery, pelvic adhesions decomposition surgery, laparoscopic methylene blue hydrotubation, removing and shelled the pelvic peritoneal endometriotic lesion electric cauterization, uterine endometriosis cyst. Postoperative GnRH-a for a period of 4 months of treatment, the GnrRH-a the end of treatment were followed up, the investigation of postoperative patients with pregnancy.Results Laparoscopic diagnosis and treatment,pregnancy within one year of this group of patients was significantly higher than 1~2 years of pregnancy.Conclusion In endometriosis and infertility,laparoscopic diagnosis and treatment effect is remarkable,safe and reliable, worthy of wide application.
