观察连续性血液净化在治疗糖尿病乳酸酸中毒中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察连续性血液净化在治疗糖尿病乳酸酸中毒中的应用价值。方法抽取我院2014年1月~2016年1月收治的糖尿病乳酸酸中毒患者42例,对照组正常治疗,观察组采用连续血液净化治疗,分析两组治疗疗效。结果观察组治疗后Clac、p H值及CO2CP等水平下降程度优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论连续性血液净化治疗糖尿病乳酸酸中毒的效果确切。Objective To observe the application value of continuous blood purification in the treatment of diabetic lactic acidosis. Methods 42 cases of diabetic lactic acidosis were selected from January 2014 to January 2016 in our hospital,the control group was treated with normal treatment,the observation group was treated with continuous blood purification therapy,and the therapeutic effect of the two groups was analyzed. Results The levels of Clac,pH and CO CP in the observation group were better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of continuous blood purification in the treatment of diabetic lactic acidosis is accurate and can be extended.
