宫颈电环形切除术后联合应用阿希米治疗宫颈炎疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探究宫颈电环形切除术后联合应用阿希米治疗宫颈炎疗效。方法选取2013年9月~2015年9月本院门诊收治的40例宫颈炎患者,随机分为实验组与对照组,各20例。两组均行宫颈电环形切除术,术后,实验组联合阿希米治疗,对照组联合常规抗生素治疗。结果对比术后出血量、出血时间、创面愈合时间及创面感染情况,实验组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论针对宫颈炎患者,在宫颈电环形切除术后,联合阿希米治疗,效果显著。Objective Cervical loop electrosurgical inquiry after resection combining asimi treatment of cervicitis curative effect. Methods A total of 40 cervicitis patients treated during September 2013 to September 2015,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 20 cases in each. Two groups underwent cervical loop electrosurgical excision,postoperative,experimental group united asimi treatment,control group combined with conventional antibiotic therapy. Results Comparing postoperative bleeding,bleeding time,wound healing time and wound infection,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group,the difference is statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For the patients with cervicitis,cervical loop electrosurgical after resection,combined asimi treatment,the effect is significant.
