螺内酯联合贝那普利治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效评估

摘　　要：目的评估螺内酯联合贝那普利治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法将100例慢性心衰患者随机分为联合组和对照组,各50例,分别给予螺内酯联合贝那普利治疗和单纯给予贝那普利治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果。结果联合组患者治疗后心功能指标改善优于对照组,治疗总有效率(96.0%)高于对照组(82.0%),比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论螺内酯与贝那普利联合治疗慢性心衰疗效确切,可有效改善患者心功能,且用药安全性较高。Objective To assess the clinical curative effect of spironolactone combined with benazepril in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure. Methods 100 cases of in patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into combination group and the control group,50 cases in each,were given spironolactone combined with benner pury in treatment and treated with benner pury treatment,compared two groups of clinical curative effect. Results After treatment,the patients in the combination group index of heart function was better than those of the control group treatment,the total efficiency（96.0%）was higher than that of the control group（82.0%）,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Benazepril and spironolactone combination therapy in the treatment of chronic heart failure curative effect exact,effectively improve the patient Heart function,and medication safety is high,recommended clinical application.
