双歧三联活菌胶囊联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗小儿厌食症临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析双歧三联活菌胶囊（贝飞达）联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗小儿厌食症临床疗效。方法选取2014年1月~2015年7月我院收治的184例小儿厌食症患者进行分组研究,按照1：1比例分为对照组（92例,予以健胃消食片治疗）和研究组（92例,予以贝飞达联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗）,对比2组临床效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率97.8%优于对照组治疗总有效率84.5%,2组间差异具有统计学意义（χ2=6.473,P〈0.05）。结论贝飞达联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗小儿厌食症临床疗效确切,可改善患儿食欲,提高免疫功能。Objective To analyze the colon triple viable capsules（beifeida）clinical curative effect of zinc gluconate treatment of infantile anorexia. Methods From January 2014 to July 2015,our hospital 184 cases of patients with infantile anorexia are grouped study,according to the proportion of 1 ：1 were divided into control group（92 cases,jianwei xiaoshi tablets treatment）and group（92 cases,mr feida joint zinc gluconate treatment）,compared two groups of clinical effect. Results Treatment group total effectiveness 97.8% better than the control group total effective rate 84.5%,statistically significant difference between the 2 groups（χ2=6.473,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Mr feida joint zinc gluconate treatment of infantile anorexia clinical curative effect,children can improve appetite,improve immune function.
