药师在基本药物政策执行中的作用及实践

摘　　要：目的针对医师在基本药物政策执行过程中的作用及实践进行临床分析。方法 2014年7月我院管理人员经过多年临床经验和国家基本药物政策制定了我院特色的基本药物使用政策,选用基地设为药物调配中心。对照组50例工作者不进行培训,观察组派送8名医师对50例工作人员进行培训。一段时间后,分别选取两组的基本药物使用医嘱10万条。对两组成果进行统计,比较两组基本药物医嘱的错误率和工作者受患者满意度,分析医师在基本药物政策执行过程中的作用及实践。结果在接受调查的观察组和对照组,选取的基本药物医嘱使用结果显示对照组基本药物医嘱的错误率(28.40%)与观察组基本药物医嘱错误率(2.10%)相比较高;基本药物政策执行过程中,观察组工作者受患者满意度(98.00%)高于对照组满意度(72.00%),结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论药师对于基本药物政策执行有重要作用,药师指导可以有效地降低配药医嘱的错误率,提高了患者对政策执行的满意度,提高患者药物使用的安全性和合理性。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of pharmacist on essential drugs policy implementation. Methods July 2014,pharmacists in our hospital after several years clinical experience made our special essential drugs policy implementation. Base was chosen as drug deployment center. 50 cases in control group were not given training. 50 cases in observation group and were given training from 8 pharmacists. After a time,one hundred thousand medical orders were selected respectively from the two groups. Medical orders error rate and satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared. Function and practice of pharmacist on essential drugs policy implementation were analyzed. Results Error rate of control group（28.40%）was obviously higher than observation group（2.10%）,satisfaction rate of workers and patients of observation group（98.00%）were obviously higher than control group（72.00%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Pharmacists play an important role on essential drugs policy implementation and improve safety and rationality of drug use.
