摘 要:目的探讨人性化护理干预在胸外科患者术后镇痛应用效果。方法抽取我院2013年1月~2015年12月收治的98例胸外科手术患者,随机分组,各49例。对照组采用常规护理措施,观察组在常规护理基础上给予人性化护理。对比两组VAS评分、护理满意度。结果观察组术后48 h、96 h VAS评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);观察组患者护理满意度95.91%高于对照组79.59%,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论对胸外科手术患者进行人性化护理干预可有效降低VAS评分值、提高护理满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of humanized nursing intervention on postoperative analgesia of patients in department of thoracic surgery. Methods 98 cases of Department of thoracic surgery operation from January 2013 to December 2015 in our hospital were selected,random grouping,each of 49 cases. The control group used routine nursing measures,the observation group on the basis of conventional care to give humane care. Compared with the two groups of VAS score,nursing satisfaction. Results The VAS scores of 48 hours and 96 hours after operation in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the difference was significant(P〈0.05). Observation group patients nursing satisfaction 95.91% was significantly higher than that of the control group 79.59%,the difference was significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The humanistic nursing intervention can effectively reduce the VAS score and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients in department of thoracic surgery operation.
