PDCA循环法在手术室护理质量管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA循环管理法在手术室护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法采用PDCA循环管理法,主要包括:计划(P);实施(D);检査(C);处理(A)。护理质控小组根据本科室护理质量管理工作的情况,明确护理管理目标;应用PDCA循环管理法对管理目标进行管理,并比较PDCA循环管理法前后管理目标测评结果的差异。结果实施PDCA循环法前后管理目标情况差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用PDCA循环护理可有效提高手术室护理质量。Objective To investigate the effect of PDCA cycle management method applied in the operating room nursing quality management. Methods PDCA cycle management method,including： Program（P）,embodiment（D）,Check（C）,handle（A）. Undergraduate nursing quality control group according to room nursing quality management,the clear objectives of nursing management,management of PDCA management method,management objectives,and compare the difference before and after the PDCA cycle management method management objectives of the evaluation results. Results Before and after the implementation of the PDCA cycle management methods goals in a statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion PDCA cycle room nursing care can improve quality.
