摘  要:为评价硅酸盐细菌对赤泥中钾元素的浸出影响,在赤泥中接种经纯化、驯化的硅酸盐细菌,选择浸出时间、摇床转速、实验温度和赤泥投加量进行单因素实验,研究赤泥中钾元素的浸溶效果并通过正交实验得出最佳浸溶条件。结果表明,当赤泥投加量为1 g·L-1,实验温度为32.5℃,浸出时间为3 d,摇床转速为150 r·min-1时,硅酸盐细菌对赤泥中含钾矿物中钾元素的浸溶效果最好,其浸出率为84.63%。实验为赤泥提钾的综合利用提供一定参考依据。In order to evaluate the effect of silicate bacterial leaching of potassium from red mud,inoculated the purified,acclimated silicate bacteria to the red mud,selected leaching time,shaking speed,temperature and red mud dosage of experimental variables did single factor experiments,studied the potassium leaching effect on red mud and through orthogonal test obtained the optimum leaching conditions.The results showed that when the red mud dosage was 1 g·L-1,the experimental temperature was 32.5 ℃,the leaching time were 3 d,and the table concentrator speed was 150 r·min-1,the best leaching effect of silicate bacteria on potassium of potassium-Bearing mineral of red mud,the leaching rate was 84.63%.The experiment provided some reference for the comprehensive utilization of red mud extracting potassium.
