摘  要:为有效与充分利用工业废料,改善抹灰砂浆的性能,以水胶比、镁渣掺量、外加剂掺量和木质素纤维掺量为因素,设计正交试验方案L16(45),试验研究了镁渣木质素纤维复合抹灰砂浆的性能。应用激光粒度仪分析了镁渣的颗粒级配,扫描电镜分析了镁渣的形貌和砂浆的微观结构,正交试验理论分析了各因素的作用规律,及其显著性,最小二乘法建立了抹灰砂浆和易性参数及力学强度的多元非线性回归模型。在试验研究条件下,镁渣、外加剂和木质素纤维能明显改善砂浆的和易性,木质素纤维对砂浆保水性的影响显著,镁渣对砂浆的流动性稍有不利影响;镁渣和木质素纤维对抹灰砂浆的力学强度有增强效应,木质素纤维对砂浆强度的影响不显著,镁渣掺量有较大影响;建立的回归模型显著性高,相关性好。To effectively and make full use of industrial waste,improve the performance of plastering mortar,taking water binder ratio,magnesium slag content,admixture content and lignin fiber content as factors,orthogonal test scheme was designed to study the performance of magnesium slag lignin fiber composite plastering mortar by experiment.The particle size distribution of magnesium slag was analyzed by laser particle size analyzer.Morphology of magnesium slag and microstructure of mortar was analyzed by scanning electron microscope.Effect and significance of each factor was analyzed by using the orthogonal test theory.The multivariate nonlinear regression model of plastering mortar workability parameters and the mechanical strength were established by the least squares method.Under experimental conditions,magnesium slag,additive and wood cellulose can obviously improve the mortar workability,the effect of lignin fiber on mortar insurance water is significant,of magnesium slag on mortar fluidity is adverse,effect of magnesium slag and lignin fiber on plastering mortar mechanical strength is positive,effect of lignin fiber on mortar strength is not significant,of magnesium slag content is great,the significant of regression model is high,and the correlation was good.
