摘 要:本文通过共聚法制备聚硅酸硫酸锌絮凝剂。合成PZSS的最优条件:p H=2.0、w(SiO_2%)=3.0%、锌硅比1.0、活化时间30 min、滴加速度60 m L/min、熟化时间60 min。分别在活化前、活化后和熟化后三个阶段添加乙酸-乙酸钠及甲酸-甲酸钠缓冲溶液,研究了缓冲比、添加阶段、浓度对稳定时间、p H值和去浊率的影响。结果表明:两种缓冲溶液均能延长PZSS的稳定时间,使絮凝性能部分降低,在缓冲溶液浓度小于0.3 mol/L、缓冲比小于1.1时去浊率较稳定;能够减缓存放过程中去浊率的下降和p H值波动幅度。Poly-zinc-silicate was made from copolymerizing,the optimal synthesis conditions of poly-zincsilicate were obtained as p H = 2.0,w(SiO_2%) = 3.0%,n(Al/Si) = 1.0,activation time was 30 min,stirring rate was 60 m L/min,aging time was 60 min by experiments.acetic acid-sodium acetate and formic acid-sodium formate were added at the time before activating,after activating and aging research the effects of buffer ratio,adding phase,concentration on stable time,p H and turbidity removal rate.Results indicated that two buffer solutions both can prolong the stability time and will lead to partly reduce the rate of removed turbidity of poly-zinc-silicate,the rate of removed turbidity of poly-zinc-silicate is more stable when buffer solution concentration is lower than 0.3mol/L and buffer ratio is lower than 1.1;two buffer solutions can reduce the fluctuations of p H and decreases extent of the rate of turbidity during the storage poly-zinc-silicate.
