摘 要:通过回弹法研究了基于不同影响因素下的现代混凝土抗压强度、回弹值随龄期发展的演变规律,建立了现代混凝土抗压强度与回弹值的定量关系。结果表明:养护方法、混凝土表面湿度以及粗骨料粒径对现代混凝土表层硬度有一定的影响。标准养护下现代混凝土表层硬度大于相同龄期的自然养护;随着试块表面湿度的增加,表层硬度在减小但减小幅度在降低;随着粗骨料粒径的增加,混凝土表层硬度和强度值增大;基于粗骨料不同粒径建立的回弹测强曲线满足地区测强曲线误差要求。这对控制工程质量、防范工程事故、准确评价工程的质量具有重要的现实意义和工程实用价值。Development rule of compressive strength and rebound value of modern concrete of different influence factors,establish a quantitative relationship between the modern concrete compressive strength and the rebound value.The result shows that the curing method,surface humidity of concrete and coarse aggregate size have a certain influence on surface hardness of modern concrete.The concrete surface hardness is bigger for standard curing than the natural curing;the surface hardness decreased with the surface moisture compressive strength and rebound value of concrete is increased by the increased of coarse aggregate size.The rebound strength curve which based on different size of coarse aggregate meet regional requirement.It has important practical significance and practical value for the project quality control,preventing engineering accidents,accurate assessment of the quality of engineering.
