摘 要:龙江丝路带是黑龙江省在融入国家"一带一路"战略布局基础上,立足于自身实际作出的经济发展战略,其构建对于深化我国与周边国家全方位务实合作、促进地区间经济互利共赢发展、保障社会和谐稳定与民生幸福有着极其重要的战略价值。从经济地理学的视角透视龙江丝路带在现实构建中面临的困境,主要存在运输规模收益递增将会损失黑龙江省的区位利益、引力差异决定黑龙江省与俄远东地区贸易难以实现均衡、本地市场效应决定黑龙江省与俄远东地区存在区域竞争这三大深层问题。基于此,应规避好过渡区位效应、全力打造黑龙江省"互联网+"欧俄黑订单,发挥好贸易引力效应、对俄远东资源实施"引进来"贸易战略,利用好本地市场效应、积极承接好东亚地区国内外产业转移。"Longjiang Silk Road Belt" is the strategy of economic development of Heilongjiang province, based on its actual situa- tions and its integration into national strategic layout of "One Belt and One Road", which can deepenall- around pragmatic coop- eration between China and neighboring countries, promote regional economic benefits and win - win development and secure so- cial stability and happiness of the people. From the perspective of economic geography, "Longjiang Silk Road Belt", in the process of construction, confronts three underlying problems as follows: firstly, increasing retums for transportation scale lose Heilongjiang provincial locational benefits; secondly gravitational differences are very hard to balance Heilongjiang provincial trade with the Russian Far East ; thirdly, home market effects produce competition between both. In doing so, "Longjiang Silk Road Belt" construction should avoid transitional location effect, sign" Internet + "Europe - Russia - Heilongjiang orders, give full play to trade gravitational effects and the trade strategy of introduction of resources in the Far East, and make use of home market effects and carry on industry transfer in East Asia.
