摘 要:以固废物脱硫灰替代部分水泥,辅以轻质骨料稻壳,制备出了水泥-脱硫灰-稻壳保温干混砂浆,研究了脱硫灰掺量、稻壳掺量等对砂浆性能的影响,并对胶凝材料体系最佳配比进行了试验优选。研究结果表明,水灰比为0.51、脱硫灰替代10%水泥、外掺9.7%的稻壳替代河砂、胶砂比为1:0.97的稻壳保温砂浆导热系数低,表观密度为1623kg/m^3,28d抗压强度为11.5MPa,,且砂浆保水率为92.6%,2h稠度损失率为13.9%,凝结时间为7.3h,各项性能均满足GB/T 25181—2010《预拌砂浆》标准要求。Cement-desulfurization ash-based rice-hull thermal insulation dry mortar mixed light-weight aggregates rice-hull was prepared with solid waste desulfurization ash replacing some cement. The influences of amount of desulfur- ization ash and rice-hull on performance of mortar were investigated, and the best mix proportion of cementitious system was selected. The results show that, water to cement ratio is 0.51, desulfurization ash is replaced by 10% cement, rice-hull is replaced by 9.7% sand, binder-sand ratio is 1:0.97, thermal conductivity of coeffirice-hull insulation mortar is low, ap- parent density is 1623kg/m3, compressive strength of 28d up to 11.5MPa, water-retention rate is 92.6%, consistency loss rate of 2h up to 13.9%, setting time is 7.3h, which can satisfy standard requirements of GB/T 25181--2010 ready-mixed mortar.
