摘 要:目的:初步探讨并研究川芎重金属镉含量与施用除草剂的关系,为解决川芎重金属超标提供理论依据。方法:采用微波消解-石墨炉原子分光光度法(GFAAS)对施用除草剂和人工除草的川芎药材进行测定,利用SPSS分析除草剂对川芎中镉含量的影响。结果:施用除草剂的30份川芎样品中镉含量的范围在0.16-0.67 mg.kg-1范围间,平均值为0.43 mg.kg-1,高出人工除草平均值的59%,符合《药用植物及制剂进出口绿色行业标准》(≤0.3mg.kg-1)的仅有9份,占总样品量的30.00%。人工除草的30份样品中镉含量的范围为0.08-0.48 mg.kg-1,其中仅17份样品符合标准,合格率达到56.67%。结论:施用除草剂一定程度上导致了川芎药材中镉含量超标。Objective: To preliminarily study the relationship between the cadmium content in Chuanxiong and herbicides, and provide a scientific basis to solve the problem of Chuanxiong excessive heavy metals. Method: Microwave digestion-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was used to detect cadmium contents in Chuanxiong cultivated using herbicides and with manual weeding. Result: Cadmium content was in the range of 0.16 - 0.67 mg. kg-t with an average of 0.43 mg. kgt from 30 Chuanxiong samples cultivated using herbicides, which was 59% higher than samples with manual weeding. Only 9 sample satisfied the requirement (≤ 0.3mg. kg-1) in "the import and export of medicinal plants and preparation of green industry standard", and accounted for 30.00% of the total sample. Cadmium content was in the range of 0.08-0.48mg ·kg-1 from 30 samples with manual weeding. 17 sample satisfied the requirement with the qualification rate of 56.67%. Conclusion: Herbicides result in excessive levels of cadmium in Chuanxiong in a certain extent.
