摘　　要：目的:考察黄芪总皂苷配伍雷公藤多苷在抗炎镇痛及免疫方面的作用。方法:小鼠进行二甲苯耳肿胀、小鼠琼脂肉芽肿、小鼠醋酸扭体镇痛等试验,雷公藤多苷15 mg.kg-1和黄芪总皂苷150 mg.kg-1进行配伍,研究雷公藤多苷配伍黄芪总皂苷及雷公藤多苷、黄芪总皂苷各自的抗炎、镇痛及免疫的作用。结果:黄芪总皂苷配伍雷公藤多苷能有效降低小鼠的耳肿胀度,降低琼脂肉芽肿重量,减少小鼠扭体次数,增加小鼠免疫器官重量。结论:黄芪总皂苷配伍雷公藤多苷在抗炎镇痛方面具有一定的增效作用。Objective： To evaluate anti-inflammatory, analgesic and immune effects of total saponins of Huangqi combined with tripterygium wilfordii polyglycosidium. Method： The analgesic, anti-inflammatory and immunity effects were investigated by dimethylbenzene-induced ear swell, agar granuloma and ethylic acid-induced writhing tests performed on mice. 15 mg.kg-1 tripterygium wilfordii polyglycosidium combined with 150 mg.kg-1 total saponins of Huangqi and their respective anti- inflammatory, analgesic and immune effects were observed. Result： Total saponins of Huangqi combined with tripterygium wilfordii polyglycosidium could effectively alleviate the acute inflammation reactivity, reduce writhing mice number, reduce agar granuloma weight and increase immune viscera weight of mice. Conclusion： Total saponins of Huangqi combined with tripterygium wilfordii polyglycosidium have some synergistic anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
