摘 要:目的:探讨八正散对腺性膀胱炎模型大鼠α1D-AR、Ki-67影响机制。方法:以腺性膀胱炎模型大鼠为研究对象,随机分为空白组、模型组、对照组、八正散高、中、低剂量组,对照组给予羟基喜树碱(3 mg/kg.d)给予膀胱灌注,八正散高、中、低剂量组分别给予同体积八正散液(生药浓度0.84、0.42、0.21 g.m L-1),每日2次,灌注/灌胃连续2周。HE染色观察膀胱病理变化,免疫组织化学法观察膀胱组织中的α1D-AR、Ki-67表达。结果:各组之间比较α1D-AR含量并无明显差异;与模型组比较,高剂量组、对照组能够下调Ki-67含量。结论:八正散可以有效改善腺性膀胱炎模型大鼠膀胱病变程度,推测与下调Ki-67含量有关。eetive: To study the influence mechanism of Bazheng San on Ctlo-AR and Ki-67 in rats with cystitis glandularis (GC). Method: GC rat was used and divided into blank group, model group, control group, high, medium and low dose of Bazheng San group. 3 mg/kg.dhydroxyeamptothecine (HCPT) were given by irrigation of bladder administration to control group. High, medium and low dose (0.84, 0.42, 0.21 g.m L-1) of Bazheng San group were given Bazheng San by intragastric administration 2 times a day for 2 weeks. Histopathological change of bladder was observed with HE. The expression of a1D-AR and Ki-67 of GC rats bladder was observed with immunohistochemistry. Results:The content of a1D-AR in bladder tissues from CG rats showed no obvious difference among all groups. And data revealed that Ki-67 content in the bladder tissues of GC rats in high dose treatment group and control group were down-regulated significantly compared with models. Conclusion: From the experiment we suggest Bazheng San can ameliorate the bladder pathological change in CG rats bladder by reducing the Ki-67 content.
