摘　　要：目的:通过观察养肝柔肝代表方剂养肝抑石汤对胆道探查术后患者血清中ALT、AST、AKP、GGT、TBA、TBIL、DB和胆汁中TBA、TBIL、UCB、UCB%、SOD、LPO、Ca2+等指标的影响,来考察养肝柔肝法能否抑制胆色素结石形成的趋势。方法:将符合纳入标准的住院患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,从术后第二天开始给予治疗组服用养肝抑石汤,共服用15天,对照组不服用任何中药,仅给予术后常规治疗。分别于术后第1天、第5天、第9天、第17天抽取两组患者血清及胆汁做生化检测。最后将检测结果做统计学分析。结果:与对照组相比,治疗组血清中:ALT、AST、AKP、GGT、TBA、TB、DB等指标在治疗中后期下降(p<0.05);治疗组胆汁分泌先达到稳态,胆汁中TB和TBA及SOD水平升高(p<0.05),而UCB、UCB%和LPO下降;胆汁中Ca2+含量两组对比无显著差异。结论:养肝柔肝法能促进肝功能更快恢复,并且抑制胆色素结石形成的趋势。Objective：To affirm the prevention and cure effects ofYang Gan Rou Gan Method （YGRGM） in pigment gallstones by observing the influence ofYang Gan Yi Shi Tang （YGYST） on the contents ofALT, AST, AKP, GGT, TBA, TB, DB in serum and TBA, TBIL, UCB, UCB%, SOD, LPO, Ca2＋in bile after operation on biliary tract, to inspect ifYGRGM can inhibit the form tendency of pigment gallstone. Method： Patients accorded with the inclusive criteria were divided into treatment and control group randomly. The treatment group was given YGYST in the next day after operation for 15 days. The control group weren＇t permitted to take any Chinese medicine with only routine treatment after operation. Blood-serum and Bile of two groups of patient were collected to make biochemistry examination at the 1st, 5th, 9 th, and 17th day after operation. All data were statistically analyzed. Result： Compared with control group, contents of ALT, AST, AKP, GGT, TBA, TB, DB in serum of treatment group were obviously decreased in the middle and later periods after operation （p 〈 0.05）. Bile secretion of treatment group achieved steady state precede the control group, and contents of TB, TBA, SOD in bile of treatment group were increased obviously and contents of UCB, LPO and UCB% were decreased （p 〈 0.05）. There wasn＇t significant difference of Ca2＋ concentration in bile of two groups. Conclusion： YGRGM can promote the recovery of liver function obviously and inhibit the form tendency of pigment gallstone.
