摘　　要：作者根据颅脑创伤诊治目前存在的有关问题进行了讨论,包括对于"脑震荡"轻型颅脑创伤的认识、颅脑外伤后"继发性损伤"的认识、颅脑外伤后"液体疗法"的探讨、以及"亚低温治疗"对重型颅脑创伤的可行性探讨。对于颅脑创伤的临床诊治具有很大的意义。The author discussed the relevant problems in the diagnosis and treatment of craniocerebral trauma including the understanding of “concussion” mild craniocerebral trauma, the understanding of“secondary injury”after the craniocerebral trauma, the discussion on“liquid therapy”after the craniocerebral trauma, and the feasibility discussion on the “hypothemia” to severe craniocerebral trauma. This work is of great significance for clinical diagnosis and treatment of craniocerebral trauma.
