摘　　要：为探讨海水浸泡对创伤性颅脑损伤后脑水肿的影响,本文从以下几个方面如海水浸泡损伤特点、海水对脑损伤灶的直接浸泡作用、海水淹溺对脑水肿影响进行分析,并阐述海水浸泡对创伤性颅脑损伤后脑水肿的影响的最新研究进展。To discuss the effects of seawater immersion on brain edema after trauma brain injury, several relative aspects were analyzed in this review, including the injury features of seawater immersion, the direct effects of the focal brain injury area by the seawater immersion and seawater drowning effects on brain edema, and the latest scientific researches of the effects of seawater immersion on brain edema after trauma brain iniury were presented.
