摘　　要：介绍了HEC-RAS的主要功能，针对多伦水系多河交汇、多河工建筑物、河宽变化剧烈、桥河交叉等难点问题，利用该软件进行河系构建、交叉建筑物建模、洪水因子输入、流态选择，依据计算成果提出了切实有效的工程解决方案，为工程的优化设计提供了技术支持。Introduce the major function of HEC-RAS. In the light of Duolun river system＇s current status,such as rivers＇intersection,lots of hydraulic structure, river width＇s severe variety, overlapping of rivers and bridges, the software is used to build river system,model crossing structure,input flood factors and choose flow regime. Via calculation the feasible plan of project design will be proposed, and the technology will he used for optimization design.
