大型立式电机主轴弯曲原因及现场处理

摘  要:南水北调东线一期工程淮安四站的4台立式同步电动机在工地现场安装过程中,发现电动机大轴有弯曲现象,法兰等处摆度超标。对主轴弯曲原因进行分析,发现由于电机转子较长期横卧存放导致主轴弯曲。为节约成本采用就地处理,对弯曲最大处,即转子下部磁轭至下导轴承滑转子之间的主轴部分进行加热除应力的方式进行校直。施工完成后电机轴线符合国家有关标准和标书要求,至今电机一切运转正常。对长度超过3m的大型立式同步电动机的转子总装配完成后,需竖直存放在架子上或者地坑中,如果条件不允许,横放在坚硬平整的地面,则在轴下方加若干支垫,以防轴弯曲。The company had assumed 4 vertical synchronous motors. They are the eastern line first phase of the South-to-North Water Transfers Project in Huai'an the forth stations. When they installed in the filed, the company found the axis bending and the excessive swings of flange, etc. With the analysis, the research group found that the long-term reeumbence caused the axis bending. In order to save costs and straighten the axis,we heated the maximum bending which is between the bottom of rotor yoke and the slip rotor of low guide bearing. After the completion, the field axis swing test data were in line with national standards and bidding document. Up to now, the motors go smoothly. From this, we fine that the rotor over a length of 3M of large vertical synchronous motor must store vertically on the shelf or in the pit after it finishes assembly. If the condition doesn't allow, it must horizontally put on a hard flat surface. Please set several support pads under the axle,in order to prevent the shaft bending.
