摘　　要：水利工程造价文件的编制一般通过商业软件来实现，也有利用Excel宏（VBA）来实现的，利用vB、数据库及相关控件编写了一个Excel外接程序，界面友好，造价方便，并且支持多个定额库。At present the production cost of the water conservancy project file is generally achieved by commercial software, and there are Design Institute（company） using the Excel macro（VBA）to realize. The author used VB,database and related control to write an Excel plug-in,which is friendly,convenient and can support multiple fixed base.
