摘 要:目的对榼藤不同用药部位药理活性及化学成分进行比较分析。方法采用角叉菜胶致大鼠足趾肿胀模型比较抗炎作用;采用小肠炭末推进法比较其对胃肠动力的影响;结合HPLC,UV,1HNMR法对两者主要化学成分进行分析。结果:种仁和藤茎均可显著抑制角叉菜胶所致大鼠足趾肿胀;种仁可显著改善模型小鼠的胃肠动力障碍,而藤茎无此作用;两个用药部位化学成分差异较大。结论榼藤藤茎及种仁均有抗炎作用。种仁还具有促进胃肠动力的作用。两者化学成分差异较大,药效物质基础不尽相同。Objective To study the differences of the pharmacological activities and chemical compositions between the kernels and stems of Entada phaseoloides( Linn.) Merr. Methods The anti- inflammatory and gastrointestinal motility activities were evaluated by the rat paw edema model induced by carrageenan and gastrointestinal motility disorder model caused by atropine,respectively; the chemical compositions of the two parts were analyzed by HPLC,UV and 1HNMR. Results The two parts had parallel effects on improving the carrageenan glue toes swelling. Otherwise,the kernels could also improve gastric emptying rate and small intestinal propulsion in mice,while the stems had no such effects; the two parts were quite different in the chemical compositions. Conclusion Both of them show anti- inflammatory effects,only the kernels have gastrointestinal motility function,the pharmacological active substances may be different.
