摘  要:目的对哈蟆油蛋白酶解物致畸毒性进行研究。方法通过小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验和Ames试验对哈蟆油蛋白酶解物进行观察研究。结果与阴性对照组相比,各剂量组小鼠的嗜多染红细胞含微核率、精子畸形率均无显著性(P<0.001),无论在加和不加S9混合液时,各剂量组均未引起试验菌株的回复突变菌落数显著增加。结论哈蟆油蛋白酶解物无毒、无致突变性。Objective To observe the teratogenicity of Oviductus ranae protein hydrolysate. Methods To observe and study Oviductus ranae protein hydrolysate by bone marrow micronucleus test of mice,sperm abnormality test of mice and Ames test. Results Compared with negative control group,the micronuclei rate of polychromatic erythrocytes and the sperm deformation rate of mice of each dose group were both no significant differences( P 〈0. 001). Whether adding S9 or not,the number of induced revertants did not increase significantly compared to that of spontaneous revertants. Conclusion Oviductus ranae protein hydrolysate was non- poisonous and could not cause gene mutation.
