摘  要:目的观察补益气阴通络生津法防治头颈部肿瘤急性放射性口咽粘膜反应的效果。方法纳入50例头颈部肿瘤患者,治疗组中药含服25例,对照组西药含漱25例。观察两组患者口咽粘膜反应程度、发生的时间、放射剂量、放疗后缓解情况、放疗疗程的完成情况及疼痛情况。结果两组患者均发生放射性口咽粘膜反应,中药干预组较西药干预组口咽粘膜反应出现的时间晚,放射剂量高,反应程度轻,缓解快,疼痛症状轻,对患者生活质量的影响小,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补益气阴通络生津法可以有效的预防和治疗头颈部肿瘤急性放射性口咽粘膜反应,减轻患者痛苦改善生活质量。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Buyi Qiyin Tongluo Shenjin Method in treating acute radiation- induced oropharyngeal mucosa reaction in patients with head and neck carcinoma. Methods Fifty head and neck carcinoma patients were divided into two groups,twenty five patients in the treatment group were treated with Traditional Chinese medicine and 25 in the control group received western medicine. The occurrence time and radiation dose,the severity and remission of mucosa reaction,the completion of radiotherapy and pain conditions were observed respectively. Results All patients suffered from oropharyngeal mucosa reaction. Comparing with the control group,there were later occurrence time,higher radiation dose,lower severity and faster remission on oropharyngeal mucosa reaction,and lighter pain and smaller impact on the quality of life in the treatment group,the differences were statistically significant( P 〈0. 05). Conclusion Buyi Qiyin Tongluo Shenjin Method showed a favorable effect in prevention and treatment of acute radiation- induced oropharyngeal mucosa reaction,improved the clinical symptoms and life quality of patients.
