国医大师干祖望“泻离填坎”法论治耳鸣经验探析

摘　　要：介绍国医大师干祖望教授运用"泻离填坎"法论治耳鸣的经验。干老认为心为君主之官,主神明,寄窍于耳,肾为先天之本,主封藏,开窍于耳,心火上炎、肾阴不足、心肾不交都与耳鸣密切相关,提出"泻心火""补肾阴""交通心肾"的治疗原则,临床上运用"泻离填坎"法论治耳鸣,取得满意的疗效。Experience of TCM master GAN Zu- wang in the treatment of tinnitus by using the method of reducing cardiac yang and reinforcing renal yin was introduced in this article. Professor GAN Zu- wang believed that the heart was a vital viscus like a king of the body,controlling mental activities,opening into the ear,and the kidney was the origin of congenital constitution,governing storage,manifesting on the ear. Based on the close relation between the hypercardiopyrexia,deficiency of the kidney yin,heart- kidney imbalance diseases and tinnitus,3 principles of treatment were proposed,including purging the sthenic heart-fire,tonifying kidney- yin and restoring normal coordination between heart and kidney. Professor GAN Zu- wang had been treated the tinnitus by using the method of reducing cardiac yang and reinforcing renal yin in clinical,which got satisfying clinical effect.
