优化健康教育模式对伴有中重度疼痛晚期肺癌患者的作用

摘　　要：背景：疼痛控制满意度除与疼痛程度、疼痛缓解度有关外，还与患者与健康服务人员的关系、疼痛患者的心理应激、疼痛控制服务等诸多因素相关。目的：探索以疼痛护士为主导的，对患者实行“一对一”优化的健康教育模式的效果。方法：收集60例伴有中重度疼痛的晚期肺癌患者，随机等分为优化组及常规组。优化组患者由癌痛护士负责一对一的系统的癌痛专题教育，常规组患者则由责任护士对患者进行癌痛相关知识的宣教。结果与结论：与常规组相比，教育后优化组患者疼痛评分明显降低，疼痛治疗满意度显著提升，生存质量明显改善。提示对患者实施“一对一”优化的健康教育模式，使患者更容易接受有关疼痛的知识，提高治疗的依从性，从而提高疼痛的缓解率和疼痛治疗的满意度，明显改善生活质量，值得进一步推广应用。BACKGROUND： Besides, pain intensity and pain remission degree, pain control satisfaction is also associated with the relationship between patients and health service personnel, psychological stress in patients with pain and pain control services. OBJECTNE： To explore the effects of ＂one to one＂ optimized healthy education model taking pain nursing management as a guide. METHODS： A total of 60 advanced lung cancer patients with moderate and severe pain were selected and randomly divided into optimization group and conventional group. Patients in the optimization group received one-to-one education by pain nurses. Patients in the conventional group received cancer pain related knowledge education by primary nurses. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION： Compared with the conventional group, pain score was significantly lower, satisfaction rate was apparently elevated, and quality of survival was noticeably improved after education in the optimization group. These results suggest that the one-to-one education mode can be easily accepted by patients, resulting in elevating their compliance so as to improve the pain relief rate and pain treatment satisfaction, significantly improve the quality of life, and is worth to be further applied.
