摘 要:以ZSM-5纳米微晶为前驱体,P 123为表面活性剂,在酸性条件下制得载体MAS-24,用溶胶凝胶法制备不同MgO质量分数的Ni/MAS-24催化剂,采用XRD,BET,H_2-TPR,CO_2-TPD,HRTEM等方法表征了催化剂的结构与性能。在不同温度,常压,CH_4/CO_2(摩尔比)为1,质量空速为32 h^(-1)的条件下,进行反应性能评价。结果表明:添加MgO显著增强了催化剂重整反应的稳定性,有利于提高催化剂的抗烧结能力及稳定性;当最佳负载量为9%(质量分数)时,CH_4与CO_2的转化率达到最大分别为79.5%,92.5%。With ZSM -5 nanocrystalline as pre- cursor,P 123 as surfactant,the supporter MAS - 24 was prepared under the acidic condition, the Ni/ MAS -24 catalysts with different mass fractions were prepared by the sol - gel method and the structures and properties of catalysts were characterized by XRD, BET, HE - TPR, CO2 - TPD, HRTEM and other analysis means. Under different temperatures, atmospheric pressure, molar ratio of CH4 to CO2 1, mass space velocity 32 h- 1, the reaction performancewas evaluated. The results showed that adding MgO remarkably increased the stability of catalyst in reforming reaction, which was beneficial to improve the anti - sintering ability and stability of catalyst;when the optimum capacity was 9% (mass fraction), the maximum conversion of CH4 and CO2 was 79.5% , 92.5% respectively.
