摘  要:为解决中国石油宁夏石化公司260万t/a催化裂化装置中出现的再生烟气中NOx质量浓度过高的问题,在装置上采用了FP-DN降氮助剂和LDC-200催化剂,并对其工业应用效果进行了评价。结果表明:当降氮助剂质量分数达到2.3%时,NOx质量浓度由420 mg/m^3降低到170 mg/m^3,平均脱硝率为60.5%,满足GB 31570—2015排放要求;总液体收率增加了0.19个百分点,表明LDC-200催化剂有较强的裂解能力。In order to solve the problem of higher NOx concentration of regeneration rule gas in a 2.6 Mt/a fluid catalytic cracking unit of Ningxia Petrochemical Company, PetroChina, the FP - DN denitrogen additive and LDC -200 catalyst were adopted and the industrial application effects were evaluated. The industrial results showed that when the mass fraction of denitrogen additive reached 2.3%, the mass fraction of NO~ decreased from420 mg/m3 to 170 mg/m3 and the average denitrification rate was 60. 5%, which could meet GB 31570-2015 emission requirement ; the total liquid yield increased by 0.19 percentage points,which indicated that LDC -200 catalyst had the stronger eraekability.
