摘  要:为解决某天然气净化厂高含硫净化装置腐蚀监测系统中出现的电感探针监测数据与实际检测结果不符的问题,通过探针、腐蚀挂片、腐蚀调查、全面检验等腐蚀速率监测手段对腐蚀情况进行了分析,基于原腐蚀监测系统,采取了添加电感探针、腐蚀挂片或进行定点测厚的措施。改造后,提高了腐蚀监测准确性,保障了净化装置安全稳定运行。In order to solve the problem of inconformity between the data monitored by inductance probe and the actual test results in the corrosion monitoring system of a natural gas purification plant, the corrosion conditions were analyzed by corrosion rate monitoring means, such as inductance probe, corrosion coupon, corrosion survey, overall inspection and so on. Based on original monitoring system, the optimization measures were taken, including addingthe inductance probes and corrosion coupons or measuring thickness at fixed points. After revamp- ment, the accuracy of corrosion monitoring system was improved and the safe and stable operation of purification plant was guaranteed.
