摘  要:采用迷宫竖向流程、冷焦水和切焦水再利用、设备结构改造等措施对延迟焦化装置冷焦水和切焦水的处理工艺进行了优化。应用结果表明:优化后,装置(切焦水和冷焦放空水)氨氮质量浓度小于80 mg/L,油和硫化物含量均小于20 mg/L,达到净化水标准;通过冷焦水再利用,可节水10.2 t/h;人工清焦可由1次/周下降为0.5次/周;装置的投资成本可降低201万元。The treatment processes of coke cooling water and coke cutting water in the delayed coking unit were optimized by taking vertical maze process, recycling coke cooling water and coke cutting water, revamping structures of unit and so on. The application results showed that after optimization, the ammonia nitrogen content of coke cutting water and cold coke blow -down water was less than 80 mg/L,the content of oil and that of sulfide were both less than 20 mg/L,which could meet the standard of purified water;the 10.2 t/h water could be saved by recyling coke cooling water; manual decoking decreased from once to 0. 5 time a week and the cost of investment of unit decreased by 2. 01 million yuan.
