档案信息化核心要素的关联特征及层次结构

摘　　要：档案信息化面临技术环境不断更新所带来的挑战和机遇,也由此带来了来源、内容和结构的多元复杂性。通过一定的层次化组织管理模式能够降低管理的复杂性,提高管理质量与效率。为此,基于以"数据"为核心的档案数字化系统特性和以"功能"为核心的信息化服务系统特性的分析,探讨了两者在管理与技术结构上的相关性,解析了档案信息系统的层次化结构。Owing to updates of technical environment, archives informatization is facing challenges and opportunities as well as the increasing complexity of source, content and structure. But the management mode of hierarchical organization can efficiently reduce the complexity and improve quality and efficiency of management. In this paper, based on the analyses on the characteristics of the archives digitized system which takes data as core and the information service system which takes function as core, the correlation between the two systems in terms of management and technical structures is investigated, and the hierarchical strucalres of archives information systems are anatomized deeply.
