摘 要:采用熔体插层法制备了有机蒙脱土/顺丁橡胶纳米复合材料,研究了有机蒙脱土类型及用量对复合材料力学性能的影响,并通过X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜和透射电镜观察了其微观形态。结果表明,双烷烃链改性剂改性的有机蒙脱土I.44 P能显著提高复合材料的力学性能,其用量为25份(质量)时,所增强顺丁橡胶纳米复合材料的拉伸强度、扯断伸长率和撕裂强度分别为10.24 MPa、812%和21.49 k N/m,分别比纯顺丁橡胶提高了914%、417%和339%。Organic montmorillonite/high cis-poly- butadiene rubber nanocomposites were prepared by melt intercalation method, the effects of kinds and amount of organic montmorillonite on mechanical property of the nanocomposites were investigated, and the micromorphology of the nanocomposite was characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope, and transmission electron microscope. The results showed that the mechanical properties of the nanocomposites were improved significantly byorganic montmorillonite I. 44 P which was modified by double chain alkanes modifier. When I. 44 P amount was 25 phr in the nanocomposites, the ten- sile strength, elongation at break and tear strength reached 10.24 MPa, 812% and 21.49 kN/m, 914% , 417% and 339% more than those of original high c/s-polybutadiene rubber, respectively.
