摘 要:汉代"少吏"是汉代官僚结构中的低级官吏。汉代少吏享有的社会待遇包括赐钱、赐金、赐爵、赐肉、赐酒、赐食,增俸及休假等内容。汉代少吏的社会待遇与汉代少吏的选拔资格、升迁制度之间形成一个有机的、协调的、动态的、整体的制度运行系统与平衡机制,从而为汉代少吏创造出一种优质的生活形态和仕宦秩序。作为反馈,汉代少吏大多廉洁奉公,恪尽职守,进一步促进了社会秩序的稳定,实现了切实的国家治理。Shao-Li referred to the lower-ranking officials within the bureaucratic structures in Han Dynasty,whose social benefits included such rewards as money,gold,rank,meat,wine,food,wage increase and vacation. Their social benefits,selection qualification and promotion system formed an organic,coordinated,dynamic promotion and integrated operation and balance system in Han Dynasty,which provided them a comfortable and orderly life of high quality. As a result,these clean and honest government officials were highly responsible with less corruption but more integrity,having brought a long-term social stability and realized the state governance in Han Dynasty.
