摘　　要：目的:探讨头孢曲松钠致儿童药物不良反应一般规律和特点,以指导临床合理用药。方法:采用回顾性研究方法,检索中国知网全文数据库1994—2015年关于头孢曲松不良反应的文献,筛选收集儿童不良反应的案例报告,统计各病例的性别、年龄、给药方法、不良反应出现时间及临床表现和转归等,并进行总结分析。结果:头孢曲松钠药品不良反应主要以过敏反应为表现的全身性损害,以及消化系统、血液系统、泌尿系统、神经系统、呼吸系统、皮肤及其附件等损害。ADR可发生在用药后各时间段,以静脉滴注为主要用药途径。结论:儿童应用头孢曲松钠过程中应严格掌握适应证、用法用量,用药时应加强监测,减少不良反应的发生。Objective： To investigate the features of adverse drug reactions caused by ceftriaxone sodium when used in children for rational utilization of the drug. Methods： We retrived China Journal Full Text Database（ CNKI） for adverse drug reactions to ceftriaxone sodium happende from 1994 till 2015. Seventy- three cases were collected and retrospectively analyzed by sex and age,dosage and usage,ADR onset time,clinical manifestations and outcomes,etc. Results： The ADRs to ceftriaxone sodium could occurred at any time after administration. The main clinical manifestations involved with systemic damage,digestive system,blood system,urinary system,nervous system,respiratory system,skin and its accessories such as damage. Conclusion： It should be guaranteed to use ceftriaxone sodium for its indications with a suitable usage and dosage,and pharmaceutical care should be highlighted.
