摘　　要：高等教育质量监测数据平台是以现代信息技术和计算机技术为基础,通过对高等学校有关数据的持续收集和深入分析,常态监测高等教育状态,为多元主体价值判断和科学决策提供客观依据的数据资源共享平台。平台建设的核心理念是:创新驱动,争创一流;共建共享,协调发展;绿色评估,预测预警;众创众筹,开放发展;共享发展,提高质量。平台建设的目标是构建以教学为中心、以学校为根本,技术先进、功能强大、中国特色、国际领先的高等教育质量保障平台,为高等教育多元利益主体服务。为此,需要在数据采集与整合、数据挖掘与分析及数据可视化等方面持续创新平台建设方法。The database platform for monitoring higher education quality is a data resource shared platform based on modern information technology which provides evidence for various subjects judging and making scientific decisions through collecting and analyzing relevant data from universities. Innovation-driven, coconstruction and harmonious development, green assessment and early warning, open attitude and improving the quality are the five development concepts of constructing the platform. The aim of constructing the platform is to service various subjects through constructing a platform which guarantees higher education＇s quality with characters of teaching oriented, campus based, high-tech, powerful, Chinese characteristic and international advanced. Therefore, continuing to create new methods of constructing the platform is necessary in data collection, integration, mining, analyzing and visualization.
