摘 要:基于CCD相机的标校电视测量技术主要用于遥测系统的标校和脱靶量的测量。为了提高标校精度和脱靶量的精确测量,电视摄像机采用两档连续变焦距镜头;硬件采用高速数字信号处理器(DSP)、超大规模现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)等器件;主控计算机选用一体化便携式工业加固计算机,配有图像采集卡和大容量硬盘;脱靶量有粗调和微调两种模式。经分析和实践验证,该技术能很好地完成遥测系统的标校和脱靶量的精确测量。Calibration TV measurement technology based on CCD camera is mainly used for calibration and measurement of miss distance in telemetry system. In order to improve the calibration accuracy and the measurement precision of miss distance,two continuous zoom lenses are used in the TV camera,and highspeed Digital Signal Processor( DSP),hyper-scale Field Programmable Gate Array( FPGA) and other devices are adopted. An integrated portable industrial computer is used as the main control computer,equipped with image capture card and large capacity hard disk. There are two modes of rough adjustment and fine adjustment for miss distance. After analysis and practice verificaton,it is proved that the technology can accomplish the telemetry receiving system of far and near field calibration and accurate measurement of miss distance.
