摘  要:从提高海军院校学员电子技术创新能力的角度,阐述了学员电子技术创新能力的培养内容及目标,提出了四个层次的实践教学培养体系。结合海军航空工程学院电工电子实验中心多年来创新能力培养的探索与实践经验,从实验技术队伍建设、创新实践教学训练体系改革以及创新实验室建设三个方面论述了电子技术创新能力培养模式的构成,建立了一套科学、完善、高效的电子技术创新能力培养模式,以激发学员实践热情,全面培养学员电子技术专业水平,提高学员创新意识和科研能力,增强学员的团队意识和协作精神。实践结果表明,该培养模式激发了学员的创新观念和意识,全面培养了学员的科学作风、团队意识、实践能力和创新精神,促进了教学的研究与改革。In terms of enhancing the naval cadets 'electronic technology innovation ability,this paper presents the content and target of cadets ' electronic technology innovative ability cultivation which includes four levels practical teaching training system. Taking the exploration and practice experience of electrical and electronic experiment center of Naval Aeronautical and Astronautical University as an example,this paper introduces cultivation model elements of electronic technology innovative ability from the construction mode of experimental technology team,the reform of innovative practical teaching system and the construction of innovative laboratory. We establish a scientific,sound and efficient electronic technology innovative ability cultivation mode in order to stimulate cadets' enthusiasm of practical learning,cultivate cadets ' electronic technology ability,improve innovation and research capacity,enhance team awareness and spirit. Practice results show that the cultivation mode stimulates cadets ' innovative concept and consciousness,cultivates cadets' science style,team consciousness,practical abilities and innovative spirit. The mode promotes the research and reform of teaching.
