摘 要:在组织实施过期报废炸药销毁处理过程中意外事故时有发生,容易造成人员伤亡和财产损失。为了安全顺利地完成实验室过期炸药的销毁任务,本文对比分析了四种常用处理方法,结合待销毁炸药样品品种多、数量少的特点,探讨了平地铺药烧毁法的理论依据,确定采用烧毁法一次实施销毁。根据烧毁方案设计的流程,先取样试烧毁,后正式实施,重点对现场作业环节的一些关键技术参数进行了研究,对过期报废含能材料的销毁工作具有一定的参考价值和指导作用。In the process of organizing the implementation of overdue explosives,accidents are often happened,and easily cause casualties and property losses. The explosives to be destroyed have the different characteristics and the amounts are fewer. Burn method was adopted based on comparison of common treatment methods. Theoretical foundation for flat burn method was analyzed and confirmed,situation burning sampling test was described,and some key technology of burning operation requirements were discussed in this paper. According to the burn technology scheme design,the destruction task was safely and successfully completed. The research results have certain reference and guiding value for the destruction of scrapped and expired energetic material.
