摘　　要：通过对湛江农垦甘蔗生产全程机械化推广现状的分析,及对垦区进行甘蔗生产机械化推广中存在的技术和政策配套机制问题探讨。文章侧重从人才队伍的培训、组建,以及土地整合规划进行规模化经营等方面阐述,并用部分实例佐证在高劳动力成本情况下,规模化经营有利于甘蔗生产全程机械化的开展和生产效益的提高,为垦区甘蔗生产全程机械化发展提出相应思路。The paper introduced the application situation of full mechanization ot sugarcane growing m Guangdong land reclamation sugarcane area, and discussed the existed problems as well as giving the practicable strategies. Technical training, recruitment of staff, land consolidation, and scaled operation were considered to be very important and economic in the mechanization process. Some examples were given to support the point of view. This paper meant to be a train of thought for the full mechanization of cane growing in land reclamation area of Guangdong.
