摘 要:胆碱能抗炎通路是调节免疫系统的一种神经生理机制,当机体受到损伤或其他严重打击引起炎症反应时,炎症刺激信号通过迷走神经传人支传输到中枢,激活反射反应,迅速引起机体的应激反应,激活神经内分泌系统,调节全身免疫系统参与炎症性疾病的发生发展过程。近年来,胆碱能抗炎通路在免疫应答及炎症反应过程中的作用受到越来越多的关注,其与人类多种机体衰弱性疾病显著相关。Serious major burns, trauma and surgical stress can easily develop into sepsis, and further result in septic shock or even multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS). The mechanism of MODS is complicated, including excessive in- flammation, immune dysfunction, coagulation disorder, and is- chemia-reperfusion injury. Recent studies have demonstrated that the nervous system could significantly and quickly suppress systemic inflammatory response via the vagus nerve, which might improve multiple organ damage following acute injury. This arti- cle is to brief our understanding concerning the structure charac- teristics of cholinergic anti-inflammatory pathway, and its effects on vital organ function and the regulatory mechanism, which might be of great significance to seek a novel way for intervcn- tional strategy of MODS.
