摘　　要：文章介绍了上海市旱情信息采集系统的设计与功能实现。从其软硬件布网结构,数据采集上报方式,向大家直观展现了旱情数据从采集到数据中心的一系列过程。旱情信息采集系统的建设完成将大大弥补上海对旱情数据短缺的这一短板,同时,这部分数据也有利于职能部门更好的开展水土保护等工作。The essay introduces the design and function implementation of Shanghai drought information acquistion system, and shows the series of process from the information collecting to the data center intuitively since its structure of hardware- software networking and the collect and report methods of data. The accomplishment of drought information acquistion system construction would make up for the weakness of the drought data lacking in Shanghai. Meanwhile, this part of data would help the functional departments to promote the soil and water conservation work better.
