摘　　要：以套在轴上的圆环为例,设计制定了轴及圆环同时加工的数控车削加工方案以及编程技巧,加工结果显示,该方法对于实际生产具有较强的指导作用,为类似零件的加工提供参考。In the modern processing technology,in order to obtain higher processing speed,save costs,and reduce waste,it needs to work out reasonable processing technology plans first,which demands high request on the processing designer.In this paper,it has designed a practical NC turning processing scheme and programming skills about a ring on the shaft,the result shows that it has strong guidance for practical production and provides the reference for turning the similar parts,taking an example for the ring which set on the shaft.
