摘 要:针对某厂家生产的沥青搅拌设备多层振动筛的中间横梁易堵塞骨料导致清理困难的问题,提出截面形状类似2个"J"形槽钢焊接结构的中间横梁结构,在ANSYS中对改进后的几种方案进行仿真分析,选出最优方案,并进行理论计算。结果表明:该改进方案能有效解决原中间横梁骨料堵塞问题,并且最大应力小于材料许用应力,满足使用要求。Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to clean up because of the aggregate blockage caused by the middle beam of the multi-layer vibrating screen of the asphalt mixture equipment made by a factory, this paper puts forward a new middle beam structure with the cross section similar to two J-type welted steel structures. Then it makes the simulation analyses of several improved plans in the ANASYS, selects the optimized one and also conducts the relevant theoretical calculation. The results show that the improved plan can effectively solve the problem of the aggregate blockage of the original middle beam, and the maximum stress is less than that of the allowable stress of material, which meets the requirements.
