摘 要:采用理论分析和试验研究的方法,利用压路机名义振幅、土壤压实度、铺层沉降量3个参数,对同吨位垂直振动压路机与圆周振动压路机的压实性能进行对比。结果表明,相比于传统圆周振动压路机,同吨位垂直振动压路机高幅振动时名义振幅增大17%,低幅振动时增大40%,且3层土壤压实度分别达到96.83%、92.62%、89.88%,6遍高幅压实后铺层的沉降量占到总累计沉降量的75%以上。垂直振动压路机能产生更大的压实激振力,压实影响深度大,且能以较少的压实遍数使土壤密实,压实效率更高。By using the methods of theoretical analysis, experimental study and the nominal amplitude, the soil compaction degree and the settlement of the paving performance of the vertical vibratory roller and circular vibratory roller is compared in show that compared with the traditional circular vibratory roller, the nominal amplitude three parameters : the layer, the compaction the paper. The results of the vertical vibratoryroller with same tonnage increases by 14% in high amplitude vibration and 40% in low amplitude vibration, the compaction degree of the 3 layers reaches 96.83%, 92.62%, 89.88%, and the settlement of the paving layer reaches 75% of the total accumulated settlement after 6 times of high amplitude compaction. The vertical vibratory roller can produce a greater compaction force, compaction has great influence on the depth and can make the soil compacted with less compaction times, and the compaction efficiency is higher.
