摘 要:提出了基于啮合性能要求的面齿轮拓扑齿面主动设计方法,研究了齿廓和齿向拓扑修形构建包含啮合性能信息拓扑齿面的过程.通过沿接触路径预置传动误差函数,改变虚拟加工的滚比,构造沿齿廓拓扑修形齿面;以面齿轮理论齿面为基准,建立沿接触线拓扑修形的数学模型,通过预置接触椭圆长轴,构造沿齿向的拓扑修形曲面;将齿向拓扑修形曲面沿法线叠加到齿廓拓扑修形齿面上,最终得到包含啮合性能参数的面齿轮双向修形拓扑齿面.应用两实例的仿真设计,验证了面齿轮拓扑齿面主动设计过程和拓扑齿面几何形状构造的正确性.An initiative design method of topological tooth surfaces is proposed based on the requirements of the meshing characteristics.The research of double crowned tooth geometry that contains meshing information is performed by using ease off technique.Firstly,by means of changing the hobbing ratio of imaginary generation of face gear and presetting a function of transmission errors along the contact path the tooth geometry of profile crowned gear is constructed.Then,a mathematic model for topological tooth modifying along the contact line is established on the basis of the theoretical tooth surface of the face gear.By means of presetting the magnitude of major axis of contact ellipse,the topological modification curved surface in tooth direction is constructed.Finally,the doubly modified topological tooth surfaces of face gear can be obtained by normal superimposition of above-mentioned curved surface on the profile modified tooth surfaces.It is verified by two cases of simulative design that the process of initiative design of topological tooth surfaces with ease off modification,and the geometric configuration of topological tooth surface are valid.
