摘　　要：目的了解先天性胆总管囊肿(congenital choledochal cyst,CCC)胆总管上皮紧密连接蛋白表达是否有改变。方法收集12例儿童CCC胆总管标本,采用免疫组织化学并结合图像分析系统,分析儿童CCC胆总管上皮紧密连接相关蛋白水闸蛋白(occludin)、水闸蛋白-1(claudin-1)表达的改变。结果 CCC组的occludin、claudin-1表达图像分析指标阳性染色得分(MQS)值分别为(44.11±13.824、63)分、(443±23.589)分;对照组分别为(11.298±9.5776)分、(46.098±7.841)分,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0034,P=0.0384)。结论 CCC患儿胆总管上皮紧密连接相关蛋白occludin、claudin-1表达增高,提示胆总管上皮屏障破坏。Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the alteration of tight junction-associated protein expression in the epithelium of common bile duct in pediatric patients with congenital choledochal cyst （CCC）.Methods The common bile duct specimens were collected from 12 pediatric patients with CCC .The expression of the tight junction-associated protein related protein oc-cludin and claudin-1 was determined by using immunohistochemistry and image processing system .Results Immunohistochemistry showed that the mean quick scores （MQSs） for occludin and claudin-1 were （44.11 ±13.824） and （63.443 ±23.589）,respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the controls [ occluding：（ 11.298 ±9.5776 ） and claudin-1：（ 46.098 ±7.841 ） , P =0.0034 and 0.0384 ,respectively ] .Conclusion The expression of tight junction-associated proteins occludin and claudin-1 is elevated in the epithelium of common bile duct in pediatric patients with CCC .This indicates that there is the development of disruption in com-mon bile duct epithelial barrier .
